Privacy Policy

This site is run by St. Pishoy Coptic Orthodox Church, 3183 Hamilton Church Rd, Antioch, TN 37013 to help servants support and keep track of pre-servants in the servant-preparation program.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and Google account ID, received when you sign in with Google. We do not receive your Google password.
- Program records: your rotation schedule, attendance, score, servant comments, and the lesson plans and projects you submit (titles, notes, links and uploaded files), your approval status, and the weeks you mark yourself present.
- Basic technical data (such as IP address and device type) processed by our hosting and security providers.
How we use it
Only to run the program: showing pre-servants their own progress and letting servants approve sign-ups, review, grade and comment. We may email you when a servant leaves you a comment or to remind you about a lesson plan. Servant actions (such as approvals, attendance marks and edits) are kept in a history log that only servants can see. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for marketing.
Who can see it
A pre-servant can see only their own records. Servants who have the servant access code can see all pre-servant records.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Hosting and App Check) to store data and secure the site, and the church's email account to send the emails above. Data is processed under Google's terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept while you take part in the program. To save space, servants may download older uploaded files for church records and remove them from the site. Ask us to delete your records at any time, or we will remove them after you leave the program. When you graduate, your account can no longer sign in.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by account, and uploads are limited in size and type. No system is perfectly secure.
